Privacy policy
Effective October 5, 2026.
Evict Pest Management operates evictpests.com. This policy explains information handled through this website and its contact options.
Information you provide
When you call, text or email Evict, you may provide your name, contact details, city and information about a pest concern or property. Evict uses these details to respond and discuss service. The service form sends your inquiry to the Evict team. It does not book an appointment. Call and text links open an app on your device. You choose whether to complete the call or send the message.
Website and hosting information
Hostinger hosts this website and processes technical information needed to deliver and protect it. This can include an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, and the date and time of a request.
How information is used and shared
Inquiry information is used to respond, discuss service and handle related communications. Providers supporting hosting and communications may process information needed for those functions. Making an inquiry does not publish your contact information on this website.
Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement
This website uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. They are on by default unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, or you opt out. They measure visits, page use, contact-button clicks and accepted service requests, and help us understand which ads and pages lead to inquiries. Google receives technical information when the tags load, including your IP address, browser information, page activity and ad-click identifiers from the link you arrived on. Our website measurement code does not send your name, phone number, pest selection, problem description or other form contents to Google.
A service request is counted only after our server confirms acceptance; it is not a booked appointment. A call or text click does not tell us that a conversation happened. A Google forwarding number may temporarily replace the call number on this website and route calls to Evict. Google receives call reporting information such as call time and duration; calls lasting at least 60 seconds can count as a lead. This does not establish that a job was booked. We configure these measurement tags with advertising personalization and Google Signals disabled. Google may process information from activity across other websites that use its services, subject to those sites' settings and Google's policies. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
We do not sell your personal information. We provide a choice to stop sharing website activity with Google for measurement. Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control at the bottom of any page, or the Opt out of measurement button in the notice, to turn Google measurement off. This prevents the website from loading its Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tags on subsequent page loads and removes the measurement cookies that our code can clear from this browser. Your choice is saved in this browser for six months, and you can turn measurement back on from the same place. Measurement also stays off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Browser settings can control cookies. Google Analytics cookies are configured to last up to six months and may be renewed when you return.
This Google-measurement choice is separate from the information you choose to submit in a service request. When you submit a request, Evict still receives the contact and problem details needed to respond. Ad-click identifiers and campaign labels from your visit can also be saved with that request for Evict’s own inquiry-source records, even when Google measurement is off. See Website service requests below for details.
ChatGPT Ads call button measurement
We also use the OpenAI measurement pixel to measure clicks on the website's call links and attribute eligible clicks to ChatGPT ads. OpenAI receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information, website origin, an event identifier and available ad click identifiers. Clicking a call link is the conversion we measure; it does not confirm that a call connected, an appointment was booked or a service was purchased. No monetary value is assigned to this event.
The pixel can store the ad click reference in a first-party cookie named __oppref for up to 30 days and a browser reference in __obref for up to 365 days. Browser restrictions or clearing cookies may shorten these periods. Our custom call button event contains no form contents or contact details. OpenAI automatic advanced matching can separately detect supported customer information from the website and normalize and hash it in your browser before including the hashes with measurement events. Raw contact information is not sent through this automatic matching. Event data is opted out of future user-level advertising personalization.
The same measurement controls described above also apply to ChatGPT Ads. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and your saved measurement opt out prevent this website from loading the OpenAI pixel. Opting out also removes its measurement cookies. You can manage this choice using the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control in the footer. Read OpenAI's privacy policy.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the website, such as where they click, how far they scroll and which pages are hard to use. Clarity records page activity as session replays and heatmaps. Text typed into the service request form is masked in your browser and is not sent to Microsoft. Microsoft receives technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you view.
Clarity can store first-party cookies named _clck for up to one year and _clsk for one day to connect page views from the same visit. Microsoft may also set a cookie named MUID on its own domain. Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and your saved measurement opt out prevent this website from loading Clarity, and opting out removes its cookies on this website. Read Microsoft's privacy statement.

Website service requests
The current service form asks for your first and last name, phone number, pest or service, and a description of what you are noticing. It does not ask for your email address, street address, unit, city, state or ZIP code. You may choose to provide additional contact or property details during follow-up. Information provided through an earlier form may remain with that earlier inquiry.
When you submit the form, we also record the request time, the service page and your permission to be contacted. If available from the link you arrived on, ad-click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid and campaign labels are saved with the inquiry to identify its source. These identifiers may be held temporarily in this browser’s session storage before submission. This inquiry-source information can be recorded even if you opt out of Google website measurement; it is separate from loading Google’s measurement tags. We use protected hashes of your IP address and phone number to help limit abuse and duplicate submissions.
Your request is saved as a website lead. Its contact and problem details are sent by text to Evict’s designated staff through Twilio so the team can follow up. That automatic notification goes to staff, not to the person submitting the form. Submitting the form does not book an appointment, enroll you in recurring service or start an automated AI call.
Contact permission and your choices
The form’s checkbox asks for permission for Evict to call or text the number you provide about that service request. This is not an enrollment in an unrelated marketing-text program. You can change your contact preference or ask us to stop following up by telling the team member who contacts you, calling (888) 883-8428, or emailing evictpestmanagement@gmail.com. If you receive a text from Evict, you can reply asking us to stop. Your carrier’s normal call, text and data charges may apply.
We use inquiry and contact-permission records to handle your request, document related communications, respect your contact choices, and address service or legal obligations. Retention depends on those purposes and whether the inquiry or related matter remains open. You can ask about, correct or request deletion of your information using the contact details above. We may need enough information to locate your record and verify the request. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable obligations.
Form contents are not included in our Google Analytics events. For website-use and request expectations, see our Website and service request terms.
